FASD Symposium Registration Information

The 2023 Symposium is a virtual event. Attendees will be able to participate online (virtually) from home or office from all parts of Canada and the United States and will have access to the conference content for an additional week after the event ends.

Registration Fees:

• The Early Bird rate is $109 CAD and is in effect between October 6, 2022 and November 9, 2022.
• The Regular rate is $149 CAD and is available between November 10, 2022 and January 17, 2023.

Registration closed at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023.

Registration Inclusions:

Symposium attendees will have access to:

• Live and pre-recorded on-demand keynote presentations*, workshops*, and breakout sessions* with knowledgeable speakers and presenters.
• A virtual trade show featuring event partners & sponsors.
• Live typed chats, video chats, and other interactive networking tools.
• A complete list of the conference participants.
• Downloadable resources.
• Polls.
• Help Desk.

Attendees will be provided with access to the virtual event platform a few days prior to the conference and will be able to consume content on a 24/7 basis until 8 PM EST on February 2, 2023.

Symposium 2023 Registration Policies

The FASD Symposium has been designed as a 100% virtual event. The virtual edition of the Symposium will take place vis-à-vis an immersive and interactive digital event technology platform and delegates will be able to attend virtually from home or office.

Registration Changes

Registration changes will be processed on a complimentary basis up to 5 PM EST on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. After this date, any changes will be subject to a $50 CAD change fee. No registration changes are possible after January 17th, 2023.

Registration Cancellations

If the participant wishes to cancel:

There are no refunds for cancellations. However, the registration can be transferred to someone else with no financial penalty if the transfer request is received in writing prior to 5 PM EST on Tuesday, January 3. After this date, a registration transfer request will be subject to a $50 CAD change fee. Absolutely no transfers will be permitted after January 17th, 2023.

If ABLE2 cancels or postpones:

In the unlikely event that ABLE2 cancels the event or postpones it, all registration fees will be temporarily held by ABLE2 until such time a new event date can be announced.

Payments

All fees must be paid in full with a credit card at the time of the registration. Registration fees will be processed online and will appear on your credit card statement as ‘PAYPAL Citizen Advocacy/ABLE2’. There is no tax on registration fees paid for this event.
